It’s not them, it’s you. 

No matter what they may say or do to you, you always have a choice how you’re going to respond.  If they cut you off on the road, you get to choose whether to let your temper flare and rally in anger or whether you simply observe and continue with your day. If you’re in a meeting with all your buttons being pushed, you can choose to lash out and give it back as good as it was given, or you could observe, understand and then help to bring about the best resolution possible. 

We all face difficult and trying situations in every aspect of our lives. The sooner you realise that you always have a choice how you react to these situations, the easier it will become to overcome the difficulties.
